The Mason Cluster - Web hosting for Mason Students, Faculty, and Staff

The Mason Cluster is composed of osf1.gmu.edu (otherwise known as mason.gmu.edu). To request space on the Mason Web, go to the Mason Directory Request Form.

Gunston Web - Web hosting available only for Mason Faculty and Staff

The Gunston Web (gunston.gmu.edu) is an NT web server which supports FrontPage 2000 extensions. To request an account on the Gunston server, go to the Gunston Directory Request Form.

Web Development Application Request Form

For projects that require web application development beyond your technical capability, complete and submit the Web Development Application Request Form. The Mason Web Team will review your form and determine who can assist you with your project. You will receive notification which provides information needed to actualize project.

Web Development Services and Assistance - Faculty members wishing to request information for course or research should contact one of the following:

• WebCT - facilitates the creation of sophisticated World Wide Web-based educational environments. Request a WebCT course folder.
• Classweb - websites reserved for classes taught at George Mason University. Eligibility for space on the Faculty Web is dependent on the software application. In order to request space on a server, see Request an Account.
