Have you accessed the system before but can't remember your PIN?
Enter your Mason G number, SSN, or alternate SID in the User ID field then select the Forgot PIN button. This will display your security question.

After correctly answering your security question (your answer is case and format sensitive), you will be required to reset your PIN.

First-time user?
Enter your Mason G number, SSN, or alternate SID in the User ID field. The default for your 6 digit PIN is your birth month, day, year in the format mmddyy. For example, if your birthday is March 1, 1980, your PIN will be 030180.

If the above suggestions have not worked, you will need to request a PIN reset.
University Policy requires photo identification for all PIN resets. A PIN cannot be reset over the telephone or by email.

Option 1: You may fax your Patriot Web PIN Reset Request form.

Option 2: You may have your PIN reset in person. Go to the ITU Support Center in Innovation Hall, room 233, between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please bring a photo ID (Mason ID, drivers license, or passport).
