Visitors to Mason with DMV tags/permits may park in any "handicapped" parking space in the surface lots or in the Mason Pond parking deck or Shady Creek parking deck at prevailing rates.

Visitors to the Arlington Campus

Visitor parking at the Arlington Campus is by arrangement only for all visitors. Please contact the program sponsor of the event you are attending to obtain parking information for the event. Limited street parking is available around the campus. To access the campus by metro, use the Virginia Square/GMU station stop on the orange line.

Faculty, Staff, & Students

A Mason parking permit and a DMV handicapped license plate or hangtag must be displayed for faculty/staff or students to park in a handicapped parking space. DMV permits alone are not sufficient in GMU handicapped spaces. Faculty/staff and students displaying a valid GMU permit and DMV handicapped license plate or hangtag may park in the Mason Pond Deck at no charge.
