Assistive Hearing: The Center for the Arts offers FM listening devices for any patron that may need assistive hearing. The receivers are located in the Concert Hall at the courtesy desk opposite the box office along the curved wall. The FM system is usable in any seat throughout the theater and the lobby. The system is available on a first come basis.

Parking: Those patrons wishing accessible parking will find three locations close to the building. The first is located in the Mason Hall parking lot. This lot is located off Mason Pond Drive next to Mason Hall. There are signs and parking attendants to assist anyone with directions or any special needs. The second location is in the Parking Deck located next to the Concert Hall. Specific locations are designated for accessible parking. The third location is located along Mason Pond Drive across the street from the Concert Hall and is a limited number of spaces. The police staffing the performance can assist patrons with the location of available spaces. At any time, patrons may drop off and pick up in front of the Concert Hall. The Concert Hall does have a wheelchair that can be used to transport patrons from the drop off zone to their seats and back.

Wheelchair Accessible Seating: All Center for the Arts facilities have accessible seating available. Please call 703-993-2787 and an associate will be able to help.

Program Information: Large print playbills are available upon request. Please call (3) weeks prior to the performance to allow for printing time. Sign Language interpreters are available upon request also. Please call (4) weeks prior to the performance to allow for staff scheduling. Please call 703-993-2787 with any requests or questions.

Restrooms: The restrooms are located in the front corner of the Concert Hall lobby on all three levels. All restrooms are equipped with accessible stalls. We do have additional bathrooms that can be used in the event any patron requires assistance. Just ask an Event Supervisor for directions or assistance.
