The Festival Mission
About the Mason Summer Festival:
Our mission is to create, innovate, and educate. We celebrate those creative individuals and organizations throughout the Northern Virginia region that are dedicated to the arts and sciences. We encourage innovation, self-expression, diversity, and shared dialogue among professionals, students and members of the community. We provide a nurturing environment for education for all ages.
Through performance, exhibition, and demonstration, in concert halls, classrooms, galleries, theaters, studios and laboratories, we inspire artists and innovators, and help prepare the next generation for life in the 21st century.
