Ticket Policies

Ticket exchange: All ticket sales are final. Single tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only subscribers may exchange tickets up to the day before the date printed on the ticket(s) to another Great Performances at Mason event within the same season. Tickets may be exchanged by returning the tickets to the ticket office. Tickets may be returned in the following ways: in person, by mail, or by fax. Lost/Forgotten Ticket Policy: If you lose or forget your tickets you can get a seating pass the night of the performance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before show time and check in at the ticket window.

Turn backs: Tickets can be turned back to the Ticket Office on the night before a performance starts as a tax-deductible contribution. A letter acknowledging this contribution will be mailed to the patron for tax purposes.

Show Start Times/Late Seating: CFA works closely with performers to start all shows on time. All patrons are required to be seated before a performance begins. Late Seating will be done at breaks in the performances or during performer designated times.

Pre-performance ticket window business: Starting 30 minutes prior to each performance no ticket sales or exchanges for other performances will be made. This is to ensure that ticket windows are available to patrons who need help with issues pertaining to the performance that day. There is no exception to this policy. The ticket windows will be open through intermission to handle any exchanges or purchases for upcoming events.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the ticket window or by phone during regular business hours. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and may be purchased in any amount. Gift certificates may be used to purchase tickets for any Center for the Arts season performances. They may not be used on any rentals performances.

Child Policies: All performances require every person to have a ticket, including children, no matter what the age. Children are welcome at any "family friendly" performance. An adult must always accompany children. Discretion is advised for some performances that may not be suitable for young children.
