The Policy Seminars on Conflicts in Eurasia (PSCE) aims to increase the depth of knowledge and understanding of existing and potential ethnic and religious conflicts in the Central Asia.  The project examines their connections and implications with ongoing processes in the greater Central Asia region. We provide ten fellowships for senior US scholars so they may conduct policy-oriented research on the ethnic and religious conflicts in Central Asia. The fellowships  include:

  1. participation in policy oriented workshops for policy makers, government officials and international organizations
  2. service and presentations for Government agencies, and
  3. participation in a final conference in
    Washington D.C.
