"The smartest college course you can take"
Army ROTC (Reserve Officer's Training Corps) is a college course designed to produce students with the necessary skills and leadership training to become officers in the United States Army, Army Reserve and the Army National Guard.
Students (also called cadets) develop maturity, responsibility, leadership skills and above all, self confidence. The program stresses 16 leadership dimensions that help develop and train cadets in the responsibility and leadership that tomorrow's leaders will need.
