Students are evaluated according to their performance at the internships, and are also required to complete reflective and research assignments as part of their coursework (From both the Mason Faculty Director and their London professor). All students, both Mason and non-Mason, are eligible for career counseling, resume writing tips and internship search strategies from Mason's University Career Services, in SUB 1, Room 348.

Suzanne Scott is an Assistant Professor of the New Century College at George Mason University. She is a life-long learner, teacher, artist and writer. She holds an M.A. in English Literature, with a concentration in feminist literary and cultural theory. Her MFA in Interdisciplinary Art focused on art and writing as social action and cultural critique. Passionate about all forms of artistic expression, she seeks to help students make connections between art and literature and the social, cultural and political currents of the time. She finds every course and learning community an invigorating experience. Through her students each semester, she sees old topics in new ways and gains new knowledge from her students' experiences.
