ActivitiesChemistry Tutoring CenterThe Chemistry Tutoring Center can provide help to students in many chemistry related areas including general chemistry, organic chemistry and physical chemistry. It is located in Student Union Building II, Room 2002A and is open Monday through Friday. We have an online Tutoring Center Schedule that can help you decide when it's best to come. Please stop by and visit if you are having any problems. Graduate SeminarEach semester the department offers seminars by faculty and outside speakers concerning the current issues in chemistry. The seminars are designed primarily for graduate students, but all chemistry majors are encouraged to come. Here is the current Graduate Seminar Schedule. Chemistry ClubGeorge Mason's Chemistry Club provides undergraduate chemistry majors with a chance to further themselves in the chemistry world and build connections for the future. The club often has guest speakers and takes educational trips to laboratories in the Washington D.C. area. Being in the Chemistry Club allows you to meet your fellow chemistry majors and have a lot of fun in the process. |
