About the Center
Center History
The Center for Health Policy was founded by Dr. Hazel Johnson-Brown in 1989. In 1998 the Center incorporated the Center for Health Care Ethics and became the Center for Health Policy Research and Ethics. Past Directors include Dr. Mary Wakefield who served the Center for six years and Dr. Mark R. Meiners who headed the Center for three years.
