The Self-Development Center provides a media library of personal growth and academic skills programs available to students, faculty, and staff at George Mason University. Media programs may be used in the Self-Develoipment Center during the hours the Center is open. Faculty and staff at GMU may check out programs overnight or over a weekend. Students may check out programs to use for classroom or group presentations. These programs are not for sale or rent to persons outside of the University. If the program is marked with an asterisk (*), ask the receptionist for the handout or written materials that accompany it.
Delegating and Supervising (60 min.) This portion of the Effective Manager Seminar discusses twenty-one ways in which to increase productivity, performance and results by effective delegation, people-building and supervisory techniques. The Creative Manager (60 min.) This tape discusses 21 ways to stimulate creativity, solve problems, uncover opportunities, achieve goals and move ahead rapidly in your career. (video)	Swim With the Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive (60 min.) Harvey Mackay discusses how to out sell, out manage, out motivate, and out negotiate your competition in the business field. (audio)
Setting Business Strategy (60 min.) Learn twenty-one ways to steer your company to greater success and profitability. (video)	The Effective Manager (60 min.) Brian Tracy offers 21 innovative techniques that you can use immediately to gain two or more productive hours each day. (video)
The Management Advantage (60 min. ea.) This innovative set of 12 audio tapes will offer a variety of tips and techniques for the purpose of excelling in the business and management fields. The series includes lessons from America's top Business Schools and Executives. (audio)	Getting Rich in America (90 min.) In this series, Brian Tracy tells you those all-important "certain things" that can lead you down the pathway of success. (audio)
