Personal development workshops provide opportunities for individuals to learn about topics related to personal growth. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend free scheduled workshops offered at CAPS. Examples of workshops offered include Communication Skills for Success, Personal and Academic Assertiveness, Managing Anger, Managing Perfectionism and Healthy Relationships. Any member of the Mason community who is unable to attend a scheduled workshop may request an individual consultation with a counselor to discuss this topic.

To pre-register for any of these workshops, call the Counseling and Psychological Services at 703-993-2380, drop by the Center in Student Union I, Room 364, or send an email to cnews@gmu.edu with your name, phone #, workshop title and date.
