Tullock. In this volume, GMU Professor Charles
K. Rowley edits a collection of diverse essays arranged
in thematic clusters, which together provide a primer on Gordon
Tullock’s original and extraordinary scholarship from
1954 to 2002.

the Program in Economics and the Law. The Program, directed
by Charles K. Rowley, is located in the James M. Buchanan Center,
and commenced operations in July 2004.
