| Current Weather Conditions change rapidly at Hemlock Overlook, please be aware of the forecast. It is a good idea to check the weather conditions at Hemlock Overlook a few days before your scheduled event and make sure you dress accordingly. Weather / Cancellation Policy Hemlock Overlook management reserves the right to cancel a program due to weather. Programs will be run in any weather except for those days when the weather is unsafe. This includes conditions when both the air temperature is below 50°F and it is precipitating (i.e. rain, hail, sleet, snow) at the scheduled time of your program. If there is a forecast for inclement weather, your school/group
contact will be notified by 7:00AM on the day of your program if
cancellation of program is pending. For this reason, be sure to
provide a cell/home telephone number on your Booking Request Form
and Group Information Sheet. If we cancel, we will make every attempt
to reschedule your group. All fees received will be applied to the
rescheduled program. If you cancel when Hemlock Overlook is open,
the cancellation fees on your contract will apply. |
