The HEP program is held in the Physical Education Building on George Mason University Campus in Fairfax, Virginia. Call one of our contact persons for directions on exact location and parking.

Free Trial: The Executive Committee and members of HEP invite all senior citizens to visit and try our fitness program. There is no charge for the first two visits to allow you time to decide if you would care to participate on a regular basis.
