Hemlock Overlook Regional Park
is recruiting facilitators for the Spring 2004 season!

Hemlock Overlook Regional Park, a joint venture of George Mason
University and the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority, is
currently hiring facilitators for our Spring season. Facilitators lead
small groups through our challenge/ropes course and/or provide
environmental education lessons. Experienced facilitators may also work
with our growing adventure-based programs and our professional
development programs.

Desired qualifications include: excellent communication skills,
willingness to work outdoors throughout the entire season, experience in
environmental education, experiential education, team-building and/or
community development, academic interest in health and recreation,
sociology, biology, and/or education, ability to work with all ages.

Full and part-time, weekday and weekend work available.
Starting salary is $7-10/hour (depending on experience and education.)

Training begins March for new facilitators.

Summer positions are available, also.

Limited, on-site housing is available.

Criminal and driving record checks are required on all potential
