Donald A. Weadon is an Adjunct Professor of International Business Transactions and Foreign Trade Law, Export Controls and Customs Practices. Other teaching assignments include Golden Gate University and MIT. Mr. Weadon received his MBA from the Harvard Business School Adjunct Program at the Iran Centre for Management Studies in Tehran in 1976 and his JD from Hastings College at the University of California in 1975. He is a specialist in the legal support for the international marketing of high technology products and services, notably in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Mr. Weadon also consults on defense trade, offset and counter trade programs world-wide, and international regulatory compliance systems. He is a frequent speaker at major conferences and seminars on International Law, U.S. civilian and military export regulatory and custom matters, Middle Eastern legal and offset matters, and international high technology marketing/competitiveness strategy issues. Mr. Weadon has contributed numerous articles to Boycott Law Bulletin, Middle East Executive Digest, Middle East Executive Reports, East Asian Executive Digest and Nikkei Shimbun. He is listed in Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in Law.
