Stephen Parr, Associate Dean for Management and Finance, oversees the day-to-day operations of the law school including its budget, administrative services, human resources functions, grants and contracts, marketing initiatives, physical plant, and internal and external reporting. He is responsible for the management and analysis of data from law school operations as well as goal setting and performance evaluation for law school administrative units. He assists the dean in the development and implementation of the law school's strategic plan.

Dean Parr joined the law school in 1999 as an Assistant Dean in the National Center for Technology & Law. He received his law degree from the Yale Law School. He is trained in economics, having specialized in mathematical economics and industrial organization while in graduate school at Princeton University. He was a network architect and consultant for IBM, where he provided systems integration, network design, and application development consulting services to the senior technology managers of IBM’s multi-billion dollar direct marketing and sales division. He received his undergraduate degree with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
