October 26
Deadline to submit work to instructor to finish SP07 and SU07 Incompletes.

November 1
If you expect to be a spring 08 graduate, you should have provided program office your thesis or dissertation defense information and abstract no later than approximately this date. (A department-wide announcement must be made at least two weeks prior to any defense. Since your manuscript is due December 7th, you should be defending 1-2 weeks prior to that date, at the latest.)

November 15
Graduation Intent Form for SP08 must be submitted on PatriotWeb.

December 3
PhD and Certificate students must submit SP08 Graduation Applications to their academic departments.

December 7
Thesis and Dissertation manuscripts are due to library.

January 4
Program office must have Individualized Section paperwork that requires the department chair’s signature and involves spring 08 registration. (If you rely on the program office to obtain the signature of department chair or dean, you must allow time for those contacts to be made, as well.)
