The Music Department receives numerous calls on a daily basis for students to perform and teach. If you would like to be on our listing for teaching or performing, please download the following application and turn it in to the Music Office, PAB 417. You may fill out the application online, then print it to turn in. You MUST have the signature of your Private Music Instruction teacher; without it your application will not be considered. Applications will be kept on file for one year.
