The NVMS Office & Fairfax Mediation Center

4260 Chain Bridge Road, Townhouse A-2, Fairfax, Virginia 22030 The NVMS office and Fairfax Mediation Center is located in commercial townhouses just South of West Drive on Chain Bridge Road.  To get there: - View map and get specific directions from your location. Directions from the Points North, East or West: Take Interstate 66 or Route 50 toward Fairfax City (west from the  Capital Beltway I-495 or east from outlying suburbs in Prince William or Loudoun Counties).  Turn south on Route 123, Chain Bridge Road.  Proceed about 2 miles to the traffic light at West Drive.  Continue through the light and make your first possible right into our parking lot.  You will see a ground level red sign with gold lettering that says George Mason University just beyond our driveway entrance.  Once in the parking lot, turn left and look for townhouse number A-2. Directions from Points South or Southeast: Turn on to Route 123 - North, Ox Road, from either I-95 in Prince William County or from the Fairfax County Parkway in Fairfax County and proceed to West Drive.  West Drive is the third light after Braddock Road.  You will proceed through the lights at University Drive and School Street to the light at West Drive.  Make a U-turn at the light and turn into our parking lot on the right. Once in the parking lot, turn left and look for townhouse number A-2.  Parking: Park in any unmarked spot or in the spots between the "Visitor Parking" signs.

The NVMS Prince William Mediation Site

Building PW1, Room 317, Prince William Campus, George Mason University, Manassas, Virginia In Prince William County, we typically mediate at the GMU campus in Manassas. - View map and get specific directions from your location. Directions from the North: Travel south on RT 28 through Old Town Manassas to the intersection with Godwin Drive (the Little League baseball fields will be on your right).  Turn right onto Godwin Drive to the next light.  Turn left onto University Drive.  The university will be on you right approximately 1/4-1/2 mile down University Drive.  PW1 is the first building as you enter the parking area.  Use the elevator to the third floor.  Go right out of the elevator and right again at the next hallway.  Room 317 will be on your left at the next corner. Directions from the East: Take Rt 66 to the exit for the 234-Bypass (Note: This exit is the one after the 234 Business exit) Go South or East on the Bypass.  Several miles down the road there will be a small road sign for University Drive.  It will be a left hand exit, not at an intersection.  The University will be on your left.  PW1 is the first building as you enter the parking area.  Use the elevator to the third floor.  Go right out of the elevator and right again at the next hallway.  Room 317 will be on your left at the next corner. Parking Directions & Costs: When parking your car in the lot, please note the number of the space where you park.  Inside the building there is a small vending type machine on the wall to your right.  The machine will ask for your parking space number.  It accepts coins and bills of small denomination, but does not take new twenty dollar bills.  The parking fee is $1.00 per hour.

4041 University Drive, 2nd Floor, Fairfax, Virginia 22030 The NVMS Training Center is located at the intersection of University Drive and South Street in the Old Town section of the City of Fairfax.  To get there: - View map and get specific directions from your location. Directions from the Points North, East or West: Directions from the Points North, East or West: Take Interstate 66 or Route 50 toward Fairfax City (west from the Capital Beltway I-495 or east from outlying suburbs in Prince William or Loudoun Counties). Turn south on Route 123, Chain Bridge Road. Proceed about 1.5 miles to light at North Street. Turn right on North Street and stay in your left lane. Go to light at Main Street, Route 236. Turn left onto Main Street, Route 236 (East). Go to your second light at University Drive. Turn right onto University Drive. Go through the first light (Sager Ave.) and turn left at the next intersection onto South Street. Turn right into the (free) parking lot.      *Alternative Route To Avoid Heavy Traffic on the two-lane section of Chain Bridge Road between      Route 50 and North Street in Fairfax: Instead of going south on Chain Bridge Road, Go East on Route 50 to the next light after Chain Bridge Road and turn right onto University Dirve. Proceed on University Drive (bearing left at the "Y" intersection) to South Street and turn left. Then turn right from South Street into the parking lot. Directions from Points South or Southeast: Turn on to Route 123 - North, Ox Road, from either I-95 in Prince William County or from the Fairfax County Parkway in Fairfax County and proceed to University Drive.  University Drive is the first light after Braddock Road.  Turn right onto University Drive and proceed to South Street (the first street after the fire station).  Turn Right on South Street and then turn right into the parking lot behind the building.  Parking: Park in any spot in the rear parking lot.  Parking is usually ample and there is no charge.  The lot has filled up after 9:00am so early arrival for morning workshops is best.
