Certification Forms, Procedures & Instructions

Mediation
Clauses
We have some sample mediation clauses which can be inserted
into contracts, leases, agreements and other documents.
These help parties to a document avoid unnecessary litigation,
costs and delays that might otherwise occur if no dispute
resolution procedure is spelled out in the document.

comprehensive information about certification requirements

often un-recognized gap in dealing with separation
and divorce - learning to recognize and deal with
the loss of the relationship and transitioning into
your new life. It was written by professional counselor
Judith A. Booker, M.S., LPC, and generously donated
to NVMS for use by our clients and colleagues.
You may access the on-line
version or drop by our office to pick up a single
hard copy of the booklet without cost.
Attorneys and therapists will find this a great resource
for their clients too and may order bulk quantities
