Who is the Ombudsman?

The Ombudsman is an unbiased neutral party who listens to student academic concerns, provides advice and referrals, and assists students with resolving academic conflicts. The Ombudsman is an advocate for fairness and the equitable treatment of students, and operates independently from all formal grievance processes at the University. Meetings with the ombudsman are confidential.
