VI. Discussion Items
A. Faculty Senate AP Committee Report:
After some discussion of the use of the B- grade at the graduate level and the required
3.0 grade point average, the Council voted to keep the grade requirements at the graduate
level, as currently stated.
B. There was a brief demonstration of some enhancements to the Graduate Council web
page and discussion of the variety of forms now in use. The Secretary will continue to work under Linda
Schwartzstein’s oversight to try and simplify the forms and improve the submission process. Once the Council
has approved any changes, the Secretary will meet with the assistants who support Council members to review
the new procedures/forms.
