Mr. William H. Coester is the Assistant Dean for Human Resources and Planning for the School of Public Policy. As the Assistant Dean for Human Resources and Planning, he has responsibility for matters relating to human resource functions, financial management, equipment acquisition/accountability, and facility management within the School of Public Policy.

Prior to his assignment as the Assistant Dean for Human Resources and Planning, Mr. Coester was SPP Administrator from September 25, 2001 to May 2008. He was Research Associate for the School of Public Policy and began his employment with SPP as a Research Assistant working for the Peace Operations Policy Program.

Mr. Coester earned his Masters of Science Degree in Business Organizational Management from the University of LaVerne and his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Organizational Management from Gonzaga University.
