School of Public Policy, Contributing to a Livable World

Jack C. High
Professor

The George Mason School of Public Policy's emphasis on economics and international affairs makes it a unique graduate school. The School's multi-disciplinary blend of policy, economics, diplomacy, and technology prepares students for careers in the global economy, as entrepreneurs, practitioners, or policymakers.

"Tolerance is more than a buzzword,'' says Professor Jack High, who teaches international macroeconomics and focuses his research on entrepreneurship, economic growth, and interpretive economics. "In my classroom, I welcome all points of view.''

High, a former acting dean of George Mason University's School of Business, works closely with students in the classroom and on his research. He is an expert in international macroeconomic theory, microeconomics, international marketing, international pricing, and Austrian economics.
