Martha Mountain

Martha (BA, Theater & Drama, The College of William & Mary,  MFA, Stage Design, Northwestern University ) began teaching lighting design for the College of Visual and Performing Arts in 1994 after her TFA debut designing Heather McDonald's Dream of a Common Language. She has designed extensively for Theater of the First Amendment, the Kennedy Center Education department's Youth & Family Programs, Round House Theatre, Le Neon Theatre, Wolf Trap Opera Company and others. She is resident lighting designer for Bowen McCauley Dance www.bmdc.org and serves on the Eastern Regional Board of the United Scenic Artist, Local 829 (IATSE).
