Contests

Broadside offers several awards to staffers each year.  The Broadsider of the Year Award is given to the staffer who has showed diligence and creativity in approaching the paper and has contributed to advancing Broadside’s standards of quality.

The Broadside Designer of the Year Award is given to the Broadside design staffer, whether in print or online, who has shown both dedication and ingenuity in creating vivid, effective design for the Broadside.

Both awards typically carry a gift card prize and a statuette.  All Broadside staff members are eligible.
