Features

• The 310 system offers flexibility to perform a variety of applications such as comparative sequencing, linkage analysis, SNP discovery and validation, and mutation detection

• Elimination of gel preparation enables the instrument to run in minutes

• Run three colors of microsatellites, or other fragments, and a size marker in a single lane

• Detects five dyes providing increased throughput.

Location

The ABI PRISM® 310 Genetic Analyzer is located at the Prince William Campus in SRIF Lab 221of Discovery Hall Building.
