Introduction

The Sorvall RC-5 is a super-speed, large capacity refrigerated centrifuge.

Among the features of the Sorvall RC-5 are: locking safety cover, self-contained refrigeration, on-off button, power on-off switch, brake button, brushes indicator light, automatic programmed acceleration, door open indicator light, forged high speed centrifuge rotor, and refrigeration on indicator light. The adjustable speed of this centrifuge ranges from 0-25,000 rpm.
