Assistant Director - The Assistant Director is a full-time Faculty/Administrative position. The core responsibilities include accreditation processing and management, tuition maintenance and reporting, fundraising and workshop program oversight. The position supervises auxiliary classified and wage staff. Responsible for the center's software, Procare, including accurate and up-to-date record entry and management. Manages departmental monthly financial reconciliation; and data entry of all check deposits. Acts as wage employee timesheet approver ensuring all timesheets are accurate and submitted by deadline. The position will be responsible for the department's children's records within the department, ensuring all files are accurate and up-to-date. The position, on an as needed basis or when the Director is unavailable, provides guidance and support to staff, and manages the administrative needs and functions of the Center. The Assistant Director is supervised by the Director of the Child Development Center (CDC).
