Improve your Spanish language proficiency at the University of Deusto, one of Spain's most prestigious private universities. Mason students have the unique opportunity to study Spanish at the intermediate and advanced levels while exploring, Bilbao, a cosmopolitan city just minutes from the coast. One of the largest, most vibrant cities in Spain, Bilbao is an ideal place for students to immerse themselves in the Spanish culture. There are a dazzling array of cultural events and institutions, entertainment, sport events as well as restaurants, markets, shops and services of every imaginable kind. While there, students will be able to visit historic and cultural sites as well as participate in excursions to the Guggenheim Museum, Pamplona and San Sebastian.

The program is open to Mason students, non-Mason students, staff, faculty, alumni, and the general public. To obtain credit, students need at least a 2.25 GPA.
