HOW TO APPLY TO APPY 1. Consult with your academic advisor if you plan to take the program for credit. Make sure that the credits offered for the program will fit into your academic program. 2. Obtain a cost breakdown from CGE. Take the cost breakdown to the Financial Aid Office at your home university to determine your eligibility. (This step applies to students seeking financial aid only.) 3. Complete the Online Application. 4. Submit additional application materials to CGE (235 Johnson Center or 4400 University Drive, MS 2B8, Fairfax, VA 22030-4444).
1. Submit non-refundable $1000 deposit to the Mason Cash Office. 2. Pick up a Financial Aid Profile Sheet and cost breakdown from CGE, submit them to the Mason Financial Aid Office for completion, and return the completed Profile Sheet to CGE. (This step applies to Mason students only.) 3. Attend mandatory pre-departure orientation on Saturday, May 3, 2008. Participants canceling out of the program will be refunded the total amount minus the $1,000 deposit up to 30 days before departure. Participants canceling less than 30 days before the program or during the program will not be refunded any portion of the program fee.
