This unique program will be offered every Fall semester.
Fall 2008 : August 27 - December 17, 2008
The Center for Global Education, in partnership with Road 2 Argentina , offers students the unique opportunity to participate in a professional academic internship in Buenos Aires, Argentina, one of the cultural capitals of South America. In this 16 week program, internships are complemented with a weekly class focusing on Argentine Life and Culture, taught by local faculty in Buenos Aires . Students intern four days per week, gaining valuable practical experience, and participate in the formal class one day per week. Students are evaluated according to their performance at the internships, and are also required to complete reflective and research assignments as part of their coursework (From both the Mason Faculty Director and their Argentine professor).
