Memo username

• Your Memo Username is the part of your GMU e-mail address prior to @gmu.edu.

 

• If you do not know your username, you can activate your account by going to: https://mail.gmu.edu*. Here you will need to enter your GMU ID number and the four digit PIN number. Staff/Faculty should call 993-2600. The bar given below is a direct link to reset or obtain your MEMO user-id and password.

After going to the https://mail.gmu.edu:
*	1)	Click on the 'Activating My Account' button.
	2)	Your 4 digit PIN is the first four digits of your six digit Banner PIN. If you do not known your Banner PIN please contact the ITU Support Center at 703.993.8870
