Icons Explanation

Open In-tray

This icon will pop-open your In-Tray or bring it forward if open or minimized. Use this when there is a new meetings sign represented by an exclamation mark at the bottom right of the status bar of your Agenda or whenever In-tray needs to be accessed.

Open an agenda

This icon pops-open a dialog box with an option of opening an Agenda for you or for anyone who uses the calendar on our system and you need to see the calendar for someone.

Open tasks

Like Open An Agenda, this gives you an option of opening the tasks for yourself or for a third person. You can propose a task for someone else, like for the team members or an assistant.

Open Group agenda

When creating a group meeting this icon helps you see a combined time column for all the parties, with a red color block signifying a blocked time for one or more of the concerned people/resources in addition to the individual slots for everyone. Hence making it possible for you to decide an appropriate meeting time for everyone making the acceptance chances of invitation more likely. CAN ONLY HAVE THE DAILY VIEW IN A GROUP AGENDA, CAN HOWEVER BROWSE THRU DAYS OR GO TO A PARTICULAR DAY USING THE (pop up calendar) icon on the date control bar.

The attendees schedule has been updated, do you want to send them an e-mail.  In-tray’s New Entries folder notifies you of the same, that is of new meeting for which you have been invited. By default the In-Tray folder for New Entries just shows for the nest one month, this option can be changed.

View Day/Daily View

Displays the calendar on a day-by-day basis.

(Your calendar initially displays a single day. The calendar system allows you to view your calendar in three ways: daily, weekly and monthly. Details explained in a table later.)

Weekly View

Displays a full week of your calendar. You can browse from week to week or move forward/backward four weeks by using the Date Control Bar (see image x.x)

Monthly View

Displays a full month of your calendar. Details visibility of each meeting is least in this view. However allows you a full view of a particular month.

New Meeting

Opens the dialog box, used for creating a meeting. Icon similar to that of ‘Open An Agenda’, the star/twinkle on the top-left signifying an ‘Open A New Agenda’/Open a New Meeting.

New Task

Percentage completed.

New Daily Event

To create a Daily Event that is to put an event without blocking time from your calendar.

 New Daily Note

Opens window to create a new daily note. Notes are like a "To do" list. Where you can put in notes without blocking any time.

Print

Your calendar can be printed. Daily, Weekly or Monthly view or all of the views. Plus Multi-week, Day List, and year calendar can be printed. Lot of options.
