<Request for Resident Network Device Registration>

Purpose - This form is used to register a network enabled device (Xbox 360, Playstation 3, etc) onto the Mason Resident network. NOTE: Only devices that are unable to login through the UAC can be registered. All requests will be processed in the order they were received and will be completed within 2-3 business days.

Instructions - PLEASE READ - Please fill-in this form online. If your device is not listed please contact the ITU Support Center. For instructions to find the MAC address for some common Video Game Consoles click here. Submitting the completed form will generate a ticket. All areas with asterisks (*) are required.

NOTE: Requests containing invalid registration information (MAC address, NetID) will be denied.


NOTE: ITU Support can only troubleshoot network connectivity for supported devices.

About Online Multiplayer:

If you select YES for Online Multiplayer, then you will NOT be able to use the device for web browsing. This mainly applies to Game Consoles (i.e. Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, etc).
 
If you select NO for Online Multiplayer, then you will be able to use the device for web browsing but some online game features may not work correctly.
