University Police Sergeant Thuan Ly (black uniform), speaks during a

George Mason University Police has recognized Francis Daly as the 2008 Police Cadet of the Year. Pictured with Daly are Assistant Chief George Ginovsky and Officer Nyka Corbin.
Congratulations to Officer Scott Stein for receiving the 2007 Officer of the Year Award. Officer Stein is presented an Officer of the Year plaque by Chief Michael Lynch, while Captain Donald Doggett looks on.
Five George Mason University Police Officers recently graduated from the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Training Academy on June 20, 2008. George Mason University Police Officers Calvin Chandler, Anthony Barton (pictured above), Kim Taylor and Nyka Corbin traveled to the Virginia Tech Campus April 15-18, 2008 to assist with campus patrol for the one-year memorial anniversary.
