Timothy Chew

Tim (B.F.A., Southwest Missouri State University; M.F.A., University of Georgia)teaches courses in Lighting Stagecraft, Lighting Design, Advanced Lighting Design, technical theater,  and general theater. He has designed lighting for many GMU Players, GMU Opera, several TFA productions, and for other professional theatres in the area, the Southeast, and the Midwest. He is the faculty production manager of the GMU Players Studio Series. Tim also has extensive professional experience as a technical director and master electrician.  Tim enjoys being active in the community as a designer and as an adjudicator for amateur and high school theater.
