ELI Faculty Application Procedure Applying to Work at the ELI The ELI currently employs a mix of full-time and part-time (adjunct) faculty. Approximately two-thirds of the ELI courses are taught by full-time faculty, with adjuncts teaching the remaining courses. Minimum qualifications for employment as ELI faculty (both full-time and adjunct) are: master's degree in TESL, TEFL, Linguistics, or an equivalent field; native-speaker English proficiency; at least two years teaching experience in a higher education environment; overseas teaching experience (preferred); knowledge of another language (preferred).
