Luncheon of Appreciation

More than 120 guests honored benefactors of scholarship and library endowments, members of the Legacy Society, and the George Mason Society at the Luncheon of Appreciation. With the Campaign for Mason Students drawing to a close on June 30, committee co-chairs Jimmy Hazel, JD '84, and university Provost Peter Stearns announced that the initiative had raised nearly $12 million. In addition, guests heard from three scholarship recipients who shared how scholarship support had helped them (pictured at the bottom, from left to right: Prentice Whitlow, Kennedy Keenan, Joshua Lawton-Belous).
