Acupuncture
- Acupuncture is an ancient form of medicine used in China for over
two thousand years. It is energy medicine that addresses the energetic
aspects of the body. Acupuncture involves the insertion of very fine
needles into the body at specific locations called acupuncture points.
Aromatherapy
- Aromatherapy is derived from the ancient practice of using natural
plant essences to promote health and well-being. It consists of the
use of pure essential oils obtained from a wide assortment of plants,
which have been steam distilled or cold-pressed from flowers, fruit,
bark and roots.
Art
Therapy - At some point in their lives, people may find themselves overwhelmed
by the intensity of their emotions which are difficult to face either
by themselves or with others. Art therapy offers an opportunity to explore
these intense or painful thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment.
It involves using a wide variety of art materials, for example paints,
clay and batik, to create a visual representation of thought and feelings.
Art Therapy can be an individual activity but is often used very successfully
in group situations.

Chi Chih - Often referred
to as "Joy Through Movement", Tai Chi Chih is a series of
positions strung together into one continuous movement, including a
set beginning and end.
Reflexology
- Reflexology is a science that maps out the reflexes on the feet and
hands to all the organs and the rest of the body. By applying acupressure
and massage like techniques to the feet and hands, all other body parts
are positively affected.
Reiki
- Reiki in Japanese means "universal life force energy". It
is a powerful - yet gentle - method of healing through opening, clearing,
and re-balancing one's energy system.
