Office Decorating Competition
Offices can decorate their area using the homecoming theme, “Mason Rocks!” Offices will be judged on Monday, February 11, and winners will be notified on Tuesday, February 12. A picture of the winning office will appear in the "Mason Gazette." Decorations will be judged on the use of theme, spirit, and creativity. Prizes for the office competition include a plaque and a catered continental breakfast for up to 20 employees. To participate contact Traci Claar.
Mason's Pie Eating Champion
Block Party, Main Stage
Do you like pie? Take on your fellow students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members in what will be a mess of a competition. Though spaces are limited, a champion will be named and will win an amazing gift certificate to a local restaurant. All participants will walk away with Mason gear for taking on the challenge. Don't think you can handle the competition? Come cheer on your fellow Patriots at this block party event.

Block Spot Decorating Contest
If you are coming to the block party anyway, why not decorate your block spot? Bring out your grills and your Mason decorations to show others how to have the most spirited spot in the lot. Compete with students, fellow alumni, and the Mason community to show off your Mason pride! Limited supplies will be provided to contribute to the decorating of your block spots, but you are encouraged to bring your own Mason spirit. The winner of “Rock Your Spot” will win a cooler jam packed with tailgating goodies!
Basketball Shoot Out
Do you dream about being a member of the Mason basketball team? This is your time to be the star of the court! Show us your rock star skills on the court by shooting 3 balls from designated spots. You too can win great prizes!
