Meet Dr. James M. Buchanan
The Center is named in honor of its Advisory General Director, Dr. James M. Buchanan. Dr. Buchanan
received the 1986 Nobel prize in economics for his groundbreaking work
in public choice theory, which has enriched
our understanding of the interrelationships between politics, law, and
the economy.
