Jean Marburg served as a member of the Executive Board of the League of Women Voters of the Fairfax Area from 1979-1984. Materials relate to the daily operations and special projects of the League of Women Voters of the Fairfax Area (LWVFA) during the period 1979-1985. Materials are representative of LWVFA's focus on many community, social, environmental, and political issues such as nuclear energy, hunger, defense, international development and trade to mention a few. Types of materials include reports, correspondence, printed materials, and notes.

The collection comprises 23 containers totalling 7.5 cubic feet (11 linear feet).
