The Department of Global and Community Health prepares individuals for new health professional roles at the community and global level through dynamic undergraduate and graduate programs. GMU Review

The George Mason Review is a forum for undergraduate writers at GMU with a commitment to recognizing and validating student work. Personal essays, opinion papers, fiction, poetry, and art are chosen to reflect the diversity of the university in a creative and thought provoking manner. The review provides 101-level composition students with more accessible models for writing and is often used as a text book in 100-level English courses.

GMU4Life

This website contains information about the GMU4Life organization, including pro-life news and crisis pregnancy counseling.

GMU-TV

GMU-TV televises courses for credit that are broadcast over cable TV. It also broadcasts special events such as commencement and public interest forums. Site includes channels and hours of operation, schedules, and newsgroups on popular TV shows.

Graduate Engineering Program, Commonwealth

The Commonwealth Graduate Engineering Program is a consortium of state universities providing televised graduate engineering courses and master's degree programs via NETWORK.VIRGINIA, a state-wide ATM network. The telecommunications system is two-way video and two-way audio between faculty teaching resident classes and students in classrooms throughout the Commonwealth. All classes are also videotaped for later viewing by students.
