Real Estate Entrepreneurship, Center for

Mason's Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship is a university-wide initiative which will produce the real estate professionals of tomorrow and will further the educational and professional opportunities of real estate industry professionals. Pulling resources and expertise from the Volgenau School of Information Technology and Engineering, the School of Public Policy, and the School of Management, the Center is designing graduate programs in real estate development that encompass the entire real estate development continuum from land use and environmental considerations to acquisition dynamics and construction management.

Risk Management, Office of

The University Risk Manager's Office is the liaison for the University to the State's Division of Risk Management and external organizations in matters dealing with insurance claims. The Risk Manager also assists the University community in building a solid safety program and integrating safety awareness and practices into all University activities, in order to reduce or eliminate hazards and conditions that may lead to injury or loss of University resources.
