 Grand opening ceremonies for the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center at the Prince William Campus will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. The $18.3 million center, the largest of its kind on the East Coast, is the result of a partnership between the city of Manassas, Prince William County, and George Mason University.
