DIRECTIONS TO FAIRFAX CAMPUS FROM CAPITAL BELTWAY
To reach George Mason University from the Capital Beltway, Route 495, take
exit 5, Braddock Road West, Route 620. Follow Braddock Road West for approximately
6 miles. Pass the first entrance to the University and turn right at the
stop light for Roanoke Lane. Bear right at the fork in the road. Take your
first left onto Mason Drive; parking is available in the Parking Deck,
the last building on the right. An information kiosk is located outside
the third level of the deck to help navigate the campus.

DIRECTIONS TO FAIRFAX CAMPUS VIA I-66E FROM FRONT ROYAL
To reach George Mason University from I-66E, exit at Route 7100, Fairfax
County Parkway, South. Exit the Parkway at Braddock Road and turn left.
Take the first left past Route 123 onto Roanoke Lane. Go right at the fork
in the road. Take your first left on Mason Drive to the Parking Deck, the
last building on your right. An information kiosk is located outside the
third level of the deck to help navigate the campus.

DIRECTIONS TO FAIRFAX CAMPUS VIA I-66W FROM WASHINGTON,
DC AND ARLINGTON
To reach George Mason University on I-66W from Washington DC and Arlington,
take exit 60 at Route 123 South, Chain Bridge Road. Follow Route 123 through
the city of Fairfax, and turn left at University Drive. Take your first
right at Occoquan Lane. Turn right at the stop sign onto Patriot Circle.
At the pond, bear left to stay on Patriot Circle. Take your first left
on Mason Drive to the Parking Deck, the last building on your right. An
information kiosk is located outside the third level of the deck to help
navigate the campus.

VIA I-95
To reach George Mason University from Richmond or Fredericksburg via I-95
north, take exit 160B, Route 123 North at Lake Ridge/Occoquan. Follow Route
123 north for approximately 15 miles to Braddock Road. Turn right on Braddock
Road. At first signal, turn left on Roanoke Lane. Bear right at the fork
in the road. Take your first left onto Mason Drive to the Parking Deck,
the last building on your right. An information kiosk is located outside
the third level of the deck to help navigate the campus.

ARLINGTON VIA ROUTE 50
To reach George Mason University from Washington DC or Arlington take Route
50 west to I-495 toward Richmond. From the Capital Beltway, Route 495,
take exit 5, Braddock Road West, Route 620. Follow Braddock Road West for

To reach George Mason University from Dulles Airport, exit the airport
onto the Dulles Access Road. Transition to the Dulles Toll Road at Route
267, Reston Parkway. Exit the Dulles Toll Road (no toll required) at exit
11, Fairfax County Parkway. Follow the Parkway and exit at Braddock Road.
Turn left on Braddock Road. Take the first left past Route 123 onto Roanoke
Lane. Go right at the fork in the road. Take your first left on Mason Drive
to the Parking Deck, the last building on your right. An information kiosk

DIRECTIONS TO FAIRFAX CAMPUS FROM NATIONAL AIRPORT
When exiting the airport, follow the signs to Washington, DC north and
to the G.W. Parkway north, to I-395. Once on G.W. Parkway, stay in the
middle lane to enter I-395 south to Richmond. Immediately move left 3 lanes
to remain on I-395 south. Exit 395 at 495 north (exit 1C) to Rockville.
Exit 495 at exit 5, Braddock Road, west. Follow Braddock Road for approximately
6 miles. Pass the first entrance to the University and turn right at the
next light at Roanoke Lane. Bear right at the fork in the road; turn left
on Mason Drive; parking is available in the Parking Deck, the last building

DIRECTIONS TO FAIRFAX CAMPUS FROM THE VIENNA METRO
STATION
To reach George Mason University by public transportation from the Vienna
Metro, take the CUE Bus (any of the routes stop at GMU). The CUE Bus is
free with a valid GMU identification card and $.50 per person otherwise.If
traveling by car, exit the Vienna Metro on Nutley (243) South. Follow Nutley
to Route 50 (Arlington Blvd.) and turn right. Stay on Route 50 to Route
123 (Chain Bridge Road) and turn left. Follow Route 123 through the City
of Fairfax to University Drive, then turn left. Take your first right at
Occoquan Lane. Turn right at the stop sign onto Patriot Circle. At the
pond, bear left to stay on Patriot Circle. Take your first left on Mason
Drive to the Parking Deck, the last building on your right. An information
kiosk is located outside the third level of the deck to help navigate the
campus.

DIRECTIONS TO ARLINGTON CAMPUS (3401 N. Fairfax
Dr., Arlington)
It is recommended you take the Metro and get off at the Virginia Square/GMU
stop. If driving, exit Route 66 at N. Fairfax Drive and follow it to the
campus on your left. There is no parking on campus. Metered spaces are
available one block from campus on the N. Fairfax Drive cul-de-sac. The
cost is one quarter per half hour. Beginning January 2, you may also park
at the National Science Foundation Garage (9th and N. Stuart Street) and
ride the free shuttle bus to campus Monday through Friday.

DIRECTIONS TO PRINCE WILLIAM CAMPUS (10900 University
Blvd., Manassas, VA 20110)
From East or West
along I-66 and points North: From I-66 (exit 9 off 495) take Route 234
Bypass (exit 44). Turn left past the 3rd signal at the sign for George
Mason University. Turn left onto University Blvd. From I-95 & eastern
Prince William County, take Route 234 north to Manassas City. Turn left
at Route 28. Turn right on Godwin Drive. Turn left on University Blvd.
Prince William Academic Building 1 is on your right.

DIRECTIONS TO CIT BUILDING (2214 Rock Hill Rd., Herndon)
From 495, take the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267) towards Dulles. Exit at
Route 28, and turn right at the top of the exit. Take the next right on
Innovation Road. The building is at the end of the road. Ample parking
in the garage.

DIRECTIONS TO HEMLOCK OVERLOOK REGIONAL PARK, Clifton,
VA
From George Mason University, at the intersection of Route 123 and Braddock
Road, go west on Braddock to the 3rd traffic light. Turn left on Clifton
Road and travel 3.5 miles. Bear right at the bottom of the hill. Go straight
through the hamlet of Clifton and uphill. Turn right at the first stop
sign (Yates Ford Road). Go 1.5 miles to the entrance of Hemlock Overlook.

DIRECTIONS TO BULL RUN MARINA
From George Mason University, at the intersection of Route 123 and Braddock
Road, go west on Braddock Road to the 3rd traffic light. Turn left on Clifton
Road and continue through the hamlet of Clifton. Turn right on Henderson
Road, continue to a right turn on Old Yates Ford Road to Bull Run Marina.
